Day 1 - Arrive Zhangjiajie On arrival into Zhangjiajie, the first National Forest Park, is a newly developed tourism spot, and is listed in the World Natural Heritage in 1992. It is a fairyland of rustic sublimate. Towering green peaks, pristine forest, crystal- clear winding streams, caves and waterfalls, a place that one can find the harmony between humanity and nature.
Day 2 - Zhangjiajie You can visit the Yellow Lion Village by cable car up and down (a fantastic total view of more than 2000 emerald-green pine-covered peaks, wild yet graceful), and walk through the Golden Whip stream (the 5-km-long brook cuts its winding course through precipitous cliffs and hills, the whole picture resembling a classical Chinese landscape painting. Day 3 - Depart Zhangjiajie Begin your trip with visiting Tianzi Mountain (the Emperor's Mountain, Marshall Helong Park, Imperil Brush Pen Peak) by cable car. Then you can enjoy the Yellow Dragon Cave, a cave full of stalagmites and stalactites in all shapes, plus an underground river flowing through, a rare sight. Then you can enjoy the Baofeng Lake on boat (countless surrounding peaks are mirrored in the blue, a poetic beauty). Depart Zhangjiajie. (B/L/D)
